The products sold on this website are digital PDF files. They are not physical goods.
3. Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if the consumer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and confirms knowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
4. Practical meaning
If you purchase a digital playbook and receive access to the PDF download after payment, your right of withdrawal may expire once the digital content is made available, provided the required consent and confirmation have been collected during checkout.
5. No physical shipment
No physical product will be shipped. Delivery is digital only.
