The products sold on this website are digital PDF playbooks.

No physical products are shipped.

3. Purchase and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. After successful payment, the customer is redirected to a secure download page.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital. Access to the purchased PDF is provided after successful payment verification.

5. Access to purchased files

Each purchase unlocks only the specific playbook purchased. Buying one playbook does not grant access to other playbooks.

6. No guarantee of results

The playbooks provide practical systems, frameworks and guidance. Results are not guaranteed and depend on execution, market, offer, context and other factors.

7. Intellectual property

All playbooks, texts, designs and related materials are protected by copyright.

The purchase grants the customer a personal right to use the purchased PDF. Redistribution, resale, public sharing or unauthorized copying is not permitted.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

For digital products, the right of withdrawal may expire once access to the digital content has been provided, if the legally required consent and confirmation have been collected.
